This set includes all the items necessary to create a cozy home for these cuddly critters. There are four rooms included in the home with the option to create a fifth room with the included divider if you want to add to your Calico Critters family. Also included is a moveable staircase allowing free mobility of the critters between the two levels.

Seen from the outside the house looks as a perfectly enclosed home but the house is able to be opened up exposing the inside and allowing your children to design it to their hearts’ content. They are many different sets to choose from for each room in the house including the kitchen, bedroom, and living room along with the option for you to design your own.

In addition, the townhouse features battery operated lighting throughout the home. The townhouse is powered by two AA batteries which will need to be purchased separately.
