Zhu Zhu Pets were all the rage for girls during the 2009 toy buying season but for 2010 the Cepia company has come up with the Kung Zhu Battle Hamster as the updated release of this toy. Designed with boys in mind, Kung Zhu Battle Hamsters will be remembered as the toy of this year’s toy buying season as you will soon see.
Kung Zhu hamsters are designed to go into battle with their war inspired armor and combat gear, the complete opposite of the soft and sweet Zhu Zhu Hamsters. Only one of the two opposing groups, The Ninja Warrior faction or the Special Forces faction will win as they confront each other in an all out battle.
The Ninja Warriors rely on their martial arts training to aid them in their relentless quest for victory and are governed by Drayko who directs Azer, Thorn, and Yama who are under his command. Working together, they are a force to be reckoned with as the seek to conquer their nemesis, the Special Forces team.
Each hamster has its own specially made protective battle gear that will protect them as they duel to the death in the Kung Zhu Battle Arena. As with the previous Zhu Zhu Pets, a unique hamster village can be created by interconnecting various toys from other sets. These additional items include training camps, warrior bases, and battle gear.
The 2009 toy buying season showed how popular Zhu Zhu Pets were as most stores ran out of the product and could not stock any more. Don’t wait until the last minute to go out and buy this hot item as it is expected to go quickly.
The ability to create their own villages with the inter connectible features will allow boys to allow their imaginations to run wild. Each battle armor outfit can be used with all the different hamsters allowing for limitless days of creativity for your young soldier.
