Nerf N-Strike Blaster

largeimage-nerfn-strikeYou may think of Nerf as the maker of toys for children, but the Nerf N-Strike Rapid Fire dart blaster has fans from age 6 to 26.  The Rapid Fire blaster provides a unique design that shoots its soft Nerf darts in an amazing stream of foam darts from its magazine drum.  I, for one, would have loved to have this toy during my freshman year of college.  Reviewers below offer a variety of perspectives on different ages of fun-lovers who enjoy this Rapid Fire fun.

The Nerf N-Strike Rapid fire CS-35 Dart Blaster makes one of the best Christmas gifts for anyone who enjoys safe and soft games of cops and robbers or dorm-room raiders.  If you’ve got mischievous action lovers on your Christmas shopping list, this Nerf Dart Blaster may be just the unique Christmas gift idea you’ve been looking for.

Ready to take on any dart challenge, the Nerf N-Strike Raider CS-35 has the capacity to hold up to 35 NERF darts at once – the largest ammo capacity of any Nerf gun — , ensuring kids will have a blast long before ever needing to reload. Providing versatility, the Nerf N-Strike dart blaster can instantly switch from “single” fire mode to launch one dart at a time or “slam” fire mode to unleash a rapid stream of 35 darts. A removable stock and Tactical Rail System complete the package, allowing players to customize their blaster for every scenario. As an added bonus, the NERF N-Strike features a collapsible stock and a drum magazine that can be used with additional NERF products. No batteries required. Ages 6 years and up.

With the largest ammo capacity of any Nerf gun, the Nerf N-Strike Raider CS-35 will make short work of your foam-shooting foes. The blaster can carry up to 35 darts in its drum magazine, and uses a pump-action system to fire them rapidly. Featuring a tactical rail that is compatible with most N-strike accessories, and an adjustable stock, the Raider CS-35 delivers the pinnacle of blaster performance.

Nerf N-Strike Rapid Fire Maximum Firepower and Versatility

The CS-35 features a durable plastic frame, intended for intense play. It is based a classic Tommy gun design, complete with a drum magazine. This magazine can be used as an accessory with any other compatible N-Strike blasters. The CS-35 comes with an adjustable stock, which you adjust to fit the length of your arm. It also has a tactical rail, which you can equip with a variety of N-Strike accessories.

With a 35-dart capacity, the N-Strike CS-35 has a truly massive payload of foam. Because of this, you might expect it to be a bit cumbersome, but it is actually surprisingly mobile. The blaster is lightweight enough to sprint with, and you’ll be able to blind-fire around a corner with ease. You also shouldn’t have to worry about running out of darts. The CS-35 comes with 100 darts, including 65 clip-system darts. The darts are gentle and soft, so younger kids will be able to get in on the action.

There is one downside to the huge dart capacity: each dart has to be reloaded individually, so preparing the blaster for play can take several minutes. Still, the fun you will have is well worth these moments of tedium.

Blast Your Enemies Away with Nerf’s N-Strike Dart Blaster

The CS-35 fires reliably in battle, and is free of the jamming that often plagues Nerf guns. It uses a pneumatic pump to propel the darts, allowing you to be in control of the rate of fire. The pump allows for two blasting modes — multiple darts at a time, or single shots. The multiple-dart mode is particularly fearsome, since it will empty all 35 darts in a matter of seconds.

I’ve been playing around with this thing for most of the day now and have yet to have a single misfire. The gun so far has been rock-solid. I can’t say for certain how this thing will hold up a month from now but I am extremely happy with my purchase.

The cs-35 is a great toy… i’m 20 years old but nerf is a passion of mine. It seems every year these blasters get neater. The huge thing about this blaster is the fact that it comes with that 35 round drum. i’m telling you, when the nerf raiders come, this is a great defensive tool. The fact that the drum switches into the Recon and Longshot (of which i own both) is HUGE! Great little toy, worth the money just to see the look on the faces of people you play with.

Bought this for my 4 y/o son; he absolutely loves it. He has no problems with the two modes of fire, and he loves the slam shot function. I can’t help but rate this as the third best nerf gun, behind only the Maverick and Fire Fly. If you aren’t sure, trust me, this is a great nerf product.
